Senior Backend Developer

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Backend Developer to join our backend team and take a leading role in designing, developing, and maintaining our core backend systems. You’ll be responsible for building robust, high-performance APIs and services that power large-scale applications. This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about clean architecture, scalability, and performance optimization.
:Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using .NET (C#).
Architect and implement scalable, reliable backend systems.
Design and optimize SQL Server databases, including schema design, indexing, and performance tuning.
Work with NoSQL databases (e.g., Redis,  Elasticsearch) to handle large-scale data efficiently.
Containerize and manage applications using Docker for scalable deployments.
Collaborate closely with frontend, mobile, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and continuous improvement of the development process.
Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for system health and performance.

5+ years of professional experience in backend development.
Strong expertise in C# and .NET Core / .NET 6+.
Proven experience designing and building RESTful APIs and microservices.
Deep understanding of Microsoft SQL Server, including advanced query optimization.
Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases such as Redis or Elasticsearch.
Solid experience with Docker and container-based deployments.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and automated testing practices.
Experience working in cloud environments (AWS).
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Experience with Kubernetes or other orchestration tools.
Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) or Clean Architecture.
Background in high-load, distributed systems.
