Salesforce Implementer

Key Responsibilities (Implementation & Administration):
• Salesforce Implementation & Configuration: Configure system settings, user security (profiles/permissions), custom objects, and page layouts. Lead technical solution implementation in Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Automation & Data: Design and implement complex automation using Salesforce Flows (Expertise is essential). Manage data quality, imports, cleanup, duplication, and data structure maintenance.
• Support, Reporting & Documentation: Provide user support and training, troubleshoot system issues, and collaborate on business requirements. Develop reports and dashboards. Maintain system documentation.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Implementer or Administrator.
• Certification: Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) is an advantage.
• Declarative Expertise: Expertise in FLOWS, Validation Rules, Security Salesforce functionalities, strong knowledge of standard and custom objects.
• Core Cloud Knowledge: Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud functionalities.
• Technical Understanding: Strong understanding of data models, security, and platform limitations.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal), and strong collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
• Additional Certifications (Advantage) : Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant certifications.
• Methodology: Experience with Agile/Scrum project management methodologies.
• Environment Experience: Experience working in large-scale, multi-project enterprise environments, or in project-based/consulting environments.
