Technical Project Manager - Platform Engineering Group

As a Technical Project Manager , youll lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic, cross-functional engineering, infrastructure and platform initiatives across our global platform. Youll collaborate closely with engineering, product, QA, and business stakeholders to launch innovative technical features that make transit more efficient, accessible, and scalable.

This is a high-visibility, high-impact role where youll ensure that our product vision becomes a reality - on time, at scale, and with measurable results.

What You'll Do

Coordinate, and oversee all technical aspects of launching revolutionary mobility.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional engineering teams as we implement  impactful infrastructure requirements and solutions.
Act as the primary point of contact for technical discussions between the infrastructure and platform teams and other engineering stakeholders.
Partner with Engineering, Product, QA, and Business teams to define requirements, manage timelines, a

34 years of experience in technical project management or program management, with a track record of delivering complex software projects  - Must
Strong proficiency with software project tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) - Must
Experience with programming and infrastructure tools - Must
Experience with Cloud computing (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc) - Must
Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.
Thrive in fast-paced environments, troubleshooting issues in real-time and overseeing multiple tasks simultaneously
Data-informed decision-maker with the ability to interpret KPIs and goals to prioritize and track success.
