Senior Platform Engineer

As a Senior Platform Engineer , youll join our R&D center in TLV. Youll be part of a team of developers and devops engineers, directly contributing to our product by using cutting-edge technologies. Youll take a critical part in our mission to shape the future of transportation, affecting tens of thousands of riders daily worldwide.

The Platform Group is a cross-functional group dedicated to building and maintaining the robust foundation on which operates. This team is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes clusters, CI/CD systems, and tools that empower our development and production environments.

With a focus on enhancing developer experience, operational efficiency, and reliability, the team drives initiatives that:

Design and implement scalable and secure cloud infrastructure.
Develop and maintain Kubernetes clusters and related tools, ensuring high availability and performance.
Manage edge gateways, WAF solutions, and other criti

BSc. Computer Science or similar.
5+ years of professional experience in backend or full-stack development in a product development team. Object oriented programming programming experience is required.
3+ years experience as Devops/SRE in a production environment
2+ years experience with containers, Kubernetes, Helm, Argo CD
2+ years experience with AWS or GCP/Azure
1+ years experience with CICD - GitLab/Jenkins/Github actions/etc.
Experience with networking, distributed systems, SQL and NoSQL databases
Experience with Unix/Linux operating systems internals and administration
Fluent in English language
Advantage - Experienced with declarative IaC tools like Terraform, Cloudformation or Pulumi
