We are now hiring a skilled Implementation Manager, who will play a pivotal role in managing and leading our customer-facing implementation and training activities. This includes on-site data collection, conducting field experiments, and laying the groundwork for customer support processes.

Responsibilities:

Formulate and lead the implementation and training efforts with Prisma Photonics’ customers on-site.
Take ownership of data collection and field experiments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Develop and structure technical support know-how, acquiring necessary skills to enhance customer support procedures.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of implementation and training activities.
Present findings and recommendations effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
Willingness to work in various environments, including field and customer sites, sometimes under harsh conditions.
Requirements:
Background in engineering or a related technical field, with hands-on experience.
Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong understanding of customer needs.
Ability and desire to thrive in an agile startup environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities.
Exceptional teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Strong presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Willingness to travel and work in various environments, including field and customer sites, as needed.

Advantages:
