We are looking for a strong Salesforce Team Lead / Technical Lead to lead global engineering teams and drive high-impact solutions across Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud.
This is a hands-on full remote role based in Israel, managing international teams abroad, with full ownership of delivery, technical excellence, and platform quality.
Responsibilities
* Lead and mentor global Salesforce engineering teams
* Manage delivery across multiple workstreams
* Run Scrum ceremonies and drive execution
* Stay hands-on with Apex, LWC, and Flows
* Lead code reviews and maintain development standards
* Drive architecture, governance, and platform best practices
* Manage releases using CI/CD and DevOps practices
* Work closely with Product, Business, and global stakeholders
דרישות התפקיד:
Requirements
* 5+ years of Salesforce development experience
* Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, and declarative tools
* Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, governor limits, and security
* Experience with Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud
* Strong understanding of integrations: REST, SOAP, Platform Events
* Experience leading technical delivery and task ownership
* Ability to mentor developers and drive technical decisions
* Experience working with remote global teams
* Fluent English and Hebrew
Strong Advantage
* CPQ / Revenue Cloud
* Experience Cloud portals
* Omni-Channel
* Git, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Gearset
* Apex Tests / Jest
* SaaS product company background
