Tech Lead ( Node.js ) | Integration Team | Fast-Growing Global FinTech |

A fast-growing global FinTech company is expanding its R D center in Tel Aviv and is looking for a Tech Lead to join its Integration Team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, architecture, and development of  Node.js microservices for payment integrations.
- Drive end-to-end integrations with new payment providers and alternative payment methods.
- Work closely with Core, SDK, and Application teams to ensure smooth, platform-wide flows.
- Define engineering best practices, code quality standards, and review processes.
- Mentor and  Support Engineers across different seniority levels.
- Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, observability, and scalability
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive long-term technical improvements.
- Influence the technical roadmap and contribute to strategic technical decisions.

דרישות:

- 5+ years of  backend development experience with strong  Node.js expertise.
- Strong understanding of REST, gRPC, async processing, and event-driven architectures.
- Proven experience designing and scaling distributed microservices.
- Hands-on experience with payments / fintech systems (big plus).
- Cloud experience with AWS, containerization (Docker / Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong architectural thinking and the ability to lead technical discussions.
- A leadership mindset with a high level of ownership, autonomy, and passion for mentoring others.
