Senior Customer Program Manager

As a key member of the Customer Program Management Team for our Enterprise business units, we are looking for a Senior Customer Program Management professional who will be responsible for customers' activities, leading both internal and external technical & operational program execution with our major cloud service providers and enterprise customers. What you will be doing:

Execute the program plan you craft by identifying, and assembling the core team, formally kicking off the project with customers, developing a joint project timeline, supporting the design-in effort by providing technical collateral, leading engineering design reviews, ensuring the implementation of any customer-required features, driving resolution of all blocking issues, and ensuring timely customer acceptance and production deployment.

Coordinate and lead sophisticated technical engineering-to-engineering discussions related to system

What we need to see:

B.Sc./M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience.

8+ years in Information Technology industry with a focus on program management.

Proven customer and technical savvy born of implementing sophisticated programs deploying servers in data-centers.

Supreme leadership skills across broad and diverse cross-functional teams.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience leading global projects.
