Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced, solution-focused professional to join our Business Analyst team in Tel Aviv. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for deploying ' product within our clients. This position blends analytical insight with technical proficiency as well as strong client-facing communication. You will lead the implementation lifecycle, guide financial institutions innovation teams through onboarding and customization, and ensure the effective delivery and continued success of  offerings.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of financial institutions throughout the entire implementation lifecycle.
Lead client onboarding and provide strategic guidance (including on-site workshops), ensuring a comprehensive understanding and effective use of  solutions.
Conduct detailed data analysis, including data mapping and integration processes, validating insights, and driving data remediation processes.

3-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Functional Architect or a similar customer-facing role, preferably within Fintech or Banking technology sectors.
Experience working with global enterprise customers, with the ability to confidently lead client sessions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Statistics/data modeling/analytical background
Experience with writing detailed specifications
A Bachelor of Science Degree (BS) in industrial Engineering, Information systems and similar.
Team oriented and yet able to work independently
