AI Development Group Manager

we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Development Group Manager to lead our AI Agents Development Group under the Data, AI & Research department.
This role offers an opportunity to drive innovation and spearhead cutting-edge conversational and Agentic technologies within a global leader in security. You will be responsible for recruiting and managing a world-class team of AI engineers and architects, guiding the development of Agentic and conversational solutions that enhance our companys products and services. 
Leading and mentoring several teams of AI engineers, fostering their technical excellence and innovation. 
Overseeing the full AI solution lifecycle, including data acquisition, model selection, fine-tuning and usage, evaluation, and continuous improvement. 
Implementing a data-driven decision-making approach to ensure AI solutions align with business goals and deliver measurable impact. 
Establishing numerical quality measurements to track and improve AI model performance and effectiveness, as well as adoption and satisfaction. 
Collaborating with product management and the field to define the roadmap

דרישות:

At least 5 years in managerial (group manager or above) roles preferably with experience in NLP / Generative AI / LLMs / Agents
Hands-on experience with AWS or other cloud platforms 
Strong analytical skills with a focus on quantifiable model evaluation and continuous improvement 
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive a data-driven and innovative culture and collaborate with multiple R&D teams  
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to execute in a fast-paced and a dynamic environment 
Additional Information
How you will stand out from the crowd: 
Experience in cybersecurity and AI-driven security solutions 
Strong understanding of NLP, LLM and their fine-tuning, and AI model optimization techniques, Agentic architectures and frameworks, MCP. 
Familiarity with AWS services (SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, etc.) 
Experience in Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines for AI development
