BSc/MSc in Computer Science/ Electrical Engineering with computer science chain
+3 years of experience in development in C++
Experience in Runtime libraries development  very nice to have!
Linux experience- advantage
Git/GitLab/GitHub experience - advantage
Python and Python Bindings experience - advantage
