Organic Growth Manager

We're seeking an SEO-obsessed, AI-powered Organic Growth Specialist to revolutionize how we dominate search engines, AI platforms, and every organic channel across the web. If you live and breathe technical SEO while building AI agents to scale growth plays across Reddit, Quora, podcasts, and emerging platforms - this role is for you.
You'll architect the future of organic growth in the AI era, combining deep SEO expertise with automation workflows that capture traffic everywhere our audience searches. Your mission: build and maintain systems that dominate Google SERPs, optimize for LLM visibility, and scale organic presence across communities, forums, and non-traditional channels to dominate SERPs and LLMs.
What you'll do:
Master modern SEO at scale - Own technical SEO strategy including site architecture, crawl optimization, schema implementation, and Core Web Vitals; build programmatic SEO plays, topical authority across platforms, create content clusters that work for both search

4+ years in proven impact to pipeline in SEO and organic growth with deep technical SEO expertise and multi-channel organic strategies at a B2B SaaS company
AI-first mindset with advanced proficiency in generative AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude), automation tools (Make/Zapier), and workflow optimization for scaling growth plays
Mastery of SEO tools including Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, GSC, plus social listening tools for community opportunity discovery
Technical curiosity including Python programming skills, experience with APIs, web scraping, WindSurf AI, and advanced LLM research modes for automation
Programmatic growth experience building systems that generate optimized content at scale across channels, not just traditional web pages
Data synthesis skills to identify patterns across search data, community discussions, and social signals to turn unstructured insights into growth opportunities
Understanding of MCP (Model Context Protocol) and how it relates to digital marketing
