As a Risk Specialist at Artlist, you won't just be another team member – you'll be a vital part of our success story. You will be responsible for defining, monitoring, and managing performance metrics, risk factors, and rules for Artlist platforms. You will work closely with payment operations, data analyst, security, customer support, and product.

Wake up for this:

Daily monitoring of online payments traffic and performance of fraud rules
Review of escalations related to payment fraud
Work closely with Security team
Define and build fraud rules and parameters for different product lines
Lead communication with Fraud prevention providers
Produce reports and recommendations for management
Partner with Data, Product, Dev teams to solve problems at scale
Leverage analytics to drive key performance metrics such as fraud losses, false positives, and operational efficiency

Requirements:

Experience in transaction monitoring, compliance, financial analysis, or a related field, preferably within the fintech or e-payments industry
Experience working with fraud prevention tools ( Riskified, Forter, Seon, Kount, Sumsub etc) - Must
Excel- Solid knowledge Must
SQL- Solid knowledge Must
Mixpanel, Fullstory- advantage
English- Fluent (written and verbal)
Strong written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports and communicating findings.
