Our Testers & Tools multidisciplinary team is a small, agile group leading diverse projects that deliver end-to-end testing solutions. These solutions enable the seamless transition of RealSense's 3D cameras from R&D to high-volume manufacturing. Positioned at the intersection of all R&D activities, our team plays a critical role in delivering high-quality, production-ready cameras to customers worldwide.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a System Integration Engineer with a multidisciplinary background to join our team.

In this role, you will define, integrate, and deploy innovative electro-optical systems that combine hardware and software as part of advanced manufacturing test equipment—specifically supporting our 3D cameras production.

This position offers hands-on experience and strong growth potential within a fast-evolving organization.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable test solutions that ensure reliability, repeatability, and accuracy
Lead system engineering activities across electro-optics, algorithms, mechanics, and software domains
Evaluate and select system components while optimizing performance, power, cost, and reliability
Perform hands-on integration of complete test bench systems and sensing subsystems
Conduct system-level bring-up, debugging, and root cause analysis across testers and cameras
Support calibration strategy development and execute system-level validation to ensure depth and vision accuracy while collaborating closely with algorithm teams on depth reconstruction, 3D perception, and overall system performance optimization

Qualifications

B.Sc. in Electrical, Mechanical, or Biomedical Engineering, Physics, or a related multidisciplinary field
1–5 years of experience in system engineering involving complex electro-optics systems
Proven experience in system integration and debugging across hardware, software, and algorithms
Proficiency in Python, MATLAB, and/or OpenCV
Strong team player with excellent communication skills, high motivation, and passion for complex product development
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
