Quality Assurance Manager

The Quality Manager is responsible for all activities related to organizational quality management. Wherever relevant, activities should follow the PDCA approach. Responsible for ensuring that the requirements of the ISO 9001; ISO 14001 Quality Management System are met, and improvements are initiated where necessary. • Performance Evaluation o Quarterly management quality review; o Internal audits • Improvement o For product and part nonconformities, in production and at customers o Gathering and analyzing non-conformance after-market data, driving root cause analysis and corrective actions, and verifying improvement • Product Quality Assurance QA - o Supplier QA: o Product development QA - Verification and Validation o Ensuring that Test and Measurement Equipment TME , • Quality Management System QMS • Management of customer expectations with respect to product quality o Ensuring that products are manufactured according to customer-specific quality requirements: Customer-specific supplier quality requirements; o Accommodating and managing customer audits • Regulatory Management o Understanding and defining product regulatory requirements o Ensuring that third-part products comply with necessary regulations, o Being the focal point in the company for regulatory requirements, including Safety Education- Electronic Engineer/CQE 3-5 years experience QA Engineer in high tech company Knowledge’s: AS9100D Internal/External auditor course AS9100 CQE is advantage. QA R&D with knowledge and experience in HW and System QA of defense/airborne applications.
