Global Operation Analyst

We are looking for a Global Operation Analyst who will lead three major system projects for operation excellence: Coordinate the global cyber readiness project. Designing and developing data analytics tools for global operation. Perform data analysis to support data driven operation efficiency. Major areas of responsibility: Cyber Readiness – country readiness processes Manage end-of-the-end onboarding process to cyber readiness for new countries from training, drills and procedures creation. Provide solutions for business continuity during cyber. Assist planning and executing country cyber-attack drills. Cyber Readiness – Crisis management Track implementation of the entire project work plan. Follow up on all action items in all sub-projects with cyber consultancy firm. Maintain entire project’s schedules. GOC general tasks Keeping updated status of vessels and ports as part of the global operation center. GOC updates to all company units. Data Analytics Provide data driven insights related to the following operation subjects: Port performance Vessel performance Fuel consumption analysis Emission analysis Develop data analytics tools to support various data analytics tasks: Data modeling with Dataiku and Microsoft Fabric Power BI/Tableau dashboards AI agents  Requirements: An academic degree in Industrial Engineering - a must Experience in project management with cross functional and multi-cultural interfaces – a must Strong Excel and analytical skills – a must Fluency in English (writing, reading, speaking) – a must Function: Global Operation Publish in Internal Career Page: Yes
