About the Role We are looking for a Senior Field Marketing Manager to own marketing activities for Nayax’s Emerging Lines of Business and selected markets managed from our HQ in Israel. We’re looking for a seasoned marketing professional who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, demonstrates strong business understanding, and can confidently manage stakeholders, challenge priorities, and drive impactful marketing initiatives in a complex, global environment. What You’ll Do Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with business goals. Work closely with GMs, Sales, Product, and global marketing teams. Lead integrated marketing activities across campaigns, events, partner marketing, and sales enablement. Prioritize stakeholder requests and ensure marketing efforts deliver measurable business impact. Manage multiple initiatives independently in a complex, global environment. Requirements: 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in a global technology company\ Proven experience working with senior commercial stakeholders across global markets Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution and project management Ability to challenge, prioritize and manage multiple stakeholder requests Strong understanding of campaigns, events, partner marketing and sales enablement Full professional proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage Advanced hands-on use of AI, including AI agents, skills, workflows and automation Data-driven mindset and familiarity with CRM, marketing automation and analytics tools Strong ownership, communication skills and ability to operate independently in a complex global environment Experience managing a small team, direct reports or initial people management responsibility is a plus Learn More about Nayax: Founded in 2005, Nayax is a global fintech leader providing end‑to‑end payment, consumer engagement, and business management solutions.
