What you will be doing:

• Lead the company’s consensus forecasting process, consolidating inputs from Sales Ops, Product, Operations and Support to generate an aligned demand signal.
• Develop and maintain production plans for all global manufacturing sites, ensuring alignment with capacity, constraints, and operational priorities.
• Analyze global inventory levels across all regions, identify risks or gaps, and recommend actions to optimize stock availability while minimizing excess.
• Drive cross‑functional coordination with Sales Ops, Product teams, Planning, Production Managers, FP&A, and Supply Chain.
• Support the S&OP cycle by validating forecast updates, reviewing capacity and footprint implications.
• Define BI tools and dashboards (QlikSense). 

• BSc in Industrial Engineering & Management.
• 2+ years of experience in planning roles.
• Strong analytical abilities and system‑wide thinking.
• Excellent English (spoken & written).
• Advanced Excel capabilities: Oracle & BI tools experience is an advantage.
• Independent, proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to work under time pressure.
