We are looking for an experienced Service Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of solar and energy storage service projects, ensuring on-time delivery, operational excellence, and high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple solar and energy storage service projects from planning through delivery.
• Develop and implement project plans including scheduling, resource planning, work preparation, and project organization.
• Maintain up-to-date project status including milestones, timelines, risk management, and progress tracking.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and regulatory entities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Lead customer communication and meetings (onsite and remote) and provide regular project updates and milestone reports.
• Monitor project budgets, cost tracking, invoicing, and order management in coordination with internal teams and service partners.
• Define project priorities and timelines while managing field and service resources.
• Establish KPIs and maintain reporting and project control dashboards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Sales, Operations, and Management to ensure alignment and successful delivery.

Requirements:

• Electrical Engineering Technician with a Registered Electrician License (Chief Electrician License – mandatory).
• Advantage: Electrical Engineer degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing solar or energy storage projects.
• Hands-on field experience.
• Experience leading contractors and technical teams.
• Knowledge of floating solar systems and agro-solar systems – advantage.
• Familiarity with energy sector standards and regulations.
• Experience with CRM systems, Priority ERP, and advanced Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong prioritization, communication, ownership, and problem-solving skills.

• Successful delivery of projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
• High customer satisfaction.
• Minimal post-launch issues (RMAs, DOAs, service calls).
• Effective management of multiple projects simultaneously.
