Project Manager

As part of our business growth, we are seeking a Project Manager to join our Automated Test Equipment (ATE) Department. We’re looking for a skilled professional to lead multidisciplinary projects involving Hardware (HW), Software (SW), and Mechanical (Mech) components, managing complex cross-functional developments and collaborating with global stakeholders. In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of high-quality ATE products, ensuring seamless integration across engineering domains.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Define project scope, objectives, components, integration points, dependencies, and timelines in collaboration with HW, SW, and Mech development teams, as well as cross-functional stakeholders.
• Partner with Product Management, R&D, and other teams to prioritize project deliverables, aligning with stakeholder expectations and business goals.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project plans, ensuring alignment across engineering, quality assurance, integration, and other relevant teams.
• Facilitate cross-disciplinary coordination to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of project milestones.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, implementing contingency plans to prevent disruptions in project delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, fostering trust to support seamless project execution and strategic business objectives.
• Drive execution excellence and continuous improvement by implementing best practices for multidisciplinary project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Management, or equivalent technical background).
• 3+ years of experience in project management or program management in a tech company, with a proven track record of leading complex, multidisciplinary projects involving HW, SW, and Mech components.
• Strong understanding of product development processes across hardware, software, and mechanical domains.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar platforms for tracking and collaboration.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional relationships and influence without authority.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality products on time and within scope.
