SolarEdge is looking for a Senior Devops engineer to lead a company-wide impact on products and teams worldwide. 

Responsibilities: 

• Operating critical production systems and developing cutting-edge design automation tools, build systems, and continuous integration systems 
• Developing and operating a wide range of infrastructure components and automations, defining architectural and technological strategies for those projects 
• Being hands-on, implementing new technologies, processes, and tools to make constant improvements to the automated infrastructure 
• Collaborating closely with software developers and other stakeholders to build and improve infrastructure supporting automation and CI/CD processes in our organization 

• 5+ year experience in DevOps. 
• Demonstrated experience managing live production environments. 
• Hands-on experience in the following fields: Kubernetes, AWS (EKS, EC2, VPC), Artifactory, Gitlab (+Pipelines) and Jenkins. 
• Deep knowledge on IaaC tools, such as Terraform and Ansible. 
• Scripting skills, Bash and Python. 
• Team player, willing to cooperate and communicate. 
• Solid understanding in Linux distribution installation. 

Advantages: 

• Broad knowledge and experience with popular monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Elasticsearch. 
• Experience with running production workloads on Kubernetes. 
• Experience with security methodologies. 
• Experience with event streaming and messaging platforms such as Kafka, RabbitMQ. 
• Strong design, architect, and debugging skills.
