We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will establish and maintain project management standards, monitor project execution across the organization, and provide visibility and actionable insights to stakeholders. You'll serve as the backbone of our project portfolio — ensuring alignment with strategic goals, efficient resource utilization, and successful, on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional product development projects from initiation through release, ensuring alignment between scope, schedule, resources, and business objectives.
• Monitor the execution of projects, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, budget, and quality.
• Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
• Prepare and deliver clear project dashboards, KPIs, and executive reports for management and stakeholders.
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination between R&D, operations, certification, and Q&R to remove blockers and keep projects on track.

• 4+ years of experience in managing complex multidisciplinary development projects with multiple concurrent releases, dependencies and stakeholders
• Ability to understand technical trade-offs and communicate effectively with engineering teams.
• Proven track record managing multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities.
• Strong working knowledge of PPM tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence, or similar).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical detail into clear executive-level reporting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills — a natural team player who builds strong working relationships across engineering, operations, and business functions
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable building dashboards and KPI reports.
• BSc in Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field

Nice to Have

• Experience with JIRA, Confluence and Agile
• Experience in hardware/electronics product development or NPI (New Product Introduction) environments
