We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Product Leader to lead all engineering aspects of our products throughout their lifecycle - from New Product Introduction (NPI) to mass production. This role requires cross-functional coordination and strong leadership to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Own all engineering aspects of the product during its entire lifecycle, including NPI and mass production phases
• Coordinate between R&D, manufacturing, subcontractors, supply chain, and purchasing teams
• Ensure adherence to timelines and delivery milestones
• Lead the creation of production documentation and manage ECR/ECO processes
• Collaborate with subcontractors for PCB, assembly lines, and electrical/mechanical part manufacturing 

• Academic degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in product leadership roles, specifically in NPI
• Strong leadership, systematic thinking, and project management skills
• Self-driven, proactive, and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• High attention to detail
• Experience with PDM tools (Agile preferred)
• Experience with ERP systems (Priority preferred)
• Excellent English communication skills—both verbal and written

Advantages:

• Experience leading DFT (Design for Test) and DFM (Design for Manufacturing) processes
• Background in mechanical design and ability to read mechanical drawings
