The Role:

The experience of the installation crews in the field is as critical for the success of the SolarEdge solar systems. Systems that are easy to install and commissions save time, money and frustration to the field installation crews of our customers (installation companies), and is a dominant criterion in choosing a solar system vendor. 

The Field Installer Experience Product Manager is in charge of the Products that should drive the success of the field installers crews of our clients. This includes understanding who they are, how they work, what makes them tick, what makes their boss happy. It includes improving and driving the development from scratch Software that improve this experience, and other means such as guides, AI chats, visual AI installation validation tools etc. The Product Manager will drive the learning of the requirements, generate Mockups using Vibe Coding for the new products to that should improve the experience, collect feedback from the customers and SolarEdge field teams, drive the new capabilities for development in R&D, and launch the new capabilities to the market when ready. 

• At least 5 years of experience in software product management.
• Additional hardware experience – an advantage.
• Degree in Science, Engineering, Design, or MBA.
• Deep understanding of user experience: how to understand it, measure it, and improve it.
• Experience working with software developers.
• Proficiency in Claude Code and demonstrated hands-on ability to develop an application.
• Entrepreneurial background – an advantage.
• Experience working in a large corporate environment as a matrix manager – an advantage.
