We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Legal Student to join our in-house Legal department. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, global, technology-driven company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing assistance to our legal counsels in all phases of their work.
• Assist in legal research on a variety of topics including corporate, commercial, employment, and regulatory matters
• Provide support on day-to-day matters, including reviewing, drafting, and summarizing commercial agreements, letters and other documents.
• Assist in corporate matters and public filings.
• Help track and manage legal documents, templates, and databases
• Support compliance processes and internal legal workflows
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., procurement, HR, R&D) on legal-related matters

• A second or third year LL.B student from leading universities and colleges
• Availability for part-time work (at least 2-3 full days per week)
• Organized, thorough, meticulous and detail-oriented
• Has excellent research and writing skills and excellent English
• A team player with excellent interpersonal skills
