The IT Applications department is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Data Scientist to join our growing data and AI initiatives. What You’ll Do:

• Lead complex data science projects from ideation to deployment, with a strong focus on business impact.

• Perform deep-dive analyses and apply statistical modeling to uncover actionable insights.

• Design and implement NLP solutions using state-of-the-art techniques, including fine-tuning transformer models like BERT via Hugging Face.

• Work with large language models (LLMs) and explore their integration into enterprise applications.

• Leverage cloud platforms such as Azure and Bedrock to build scalable, production-ready solutions.

• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to align data science efforts with organizational goals.

• Experiment with tools like Dify and Flowise to streamline LLM workflows and prompt engineering.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in data science, with a strong foundation in statistics, machine learning, and business analytics.

• Hands-on experience in NLP, including training and deploying models.

• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as scikit-learn, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.

• Experience with Azure ML and Amazon Bedrock environments.

• Bonus: Familiarity with Dify and Flowise for LLM orchestration.
