Staff Engineer (frontend orietned)

In this role, you will be responsible for:
Youll drive the architecture, design, and implementation of our platforms frontend experience, ensuring its both scalable and elegant. But just as importantlyyoull get into the room with VPs, C-level execs, and architects, and youllown the narrative. Youll inspire, challenge, and guide decisions across the company.
Take a key part in the design and development of platform-wide frontend architecture and frameworks.
Mentor and grow engineers, building a culture of excellence and autonomy.
Partner with product, design, and engineering leadership to shape the platform vision.
Influence cross-org decisionscommunicating ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

7+ years of frontend engineering experience, experience in leadership roles is a bonus.
Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern frontend ecosystems.
Strong systems-thinking mindsetbalancing speed with scalability.
Exceptional communication skills; you can simplify the complex and win hearts and minds.
Experience driving architectural change across multiple teams or products.
