Senior Software Engineer (NodeJS)

Join our companys Procurement team as a Full Stack Developer, where you'll be part of a team driving excellence and leading the development of the group's core engine during the exciting transition to a new product. You'll work on cutting-edge technologies focused on writing clean code, design, performance, and more.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Writing high-quality, readable, testable, and maintainable code.
Assisting in the planning and leading the development of new components as well as renewing existing ones.
Being a proactive team player while working independently in a collaborative environment.
Thinking outside the box, continuously pushing for improvements and optimizations.

5+ years of experience as a Full Stack/Backend Engineer. Technological stack: React, Node.js, - Must.
Solid communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders - Must.
Experience designing and delivering complex features or projects, collaborating with Tech Leads/Architects and multiple teams.
Proven ability to mentor and guide team members, sharing knowledge and providing feedback.
Strong troubleshooting skills, including investigating advanced production issues using observability tools.
Databases: MongoDB and Elasticsearch.
GraphQL - Advantage.
Experience with microservices - Advantage.
High-level testing skills - Advantage.
