Director Quality Operations (Cortex Cloud)

Were looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Quality Execution Manager to help drive alignment, clarity, and execution across our Quality Engineering group.
In this role, youll work closely with QA leadership and managers to streamline operational workflows, eliminate friction, and ensure teams are well-positioned to deliver high-quality releases  quickly and consistently.
This is a high-impact individual contributor role that blends strategic thinking with strong execution and coordination. Rather than managing people directly, youll be orchestrating the processes, initiatives, and communication that keep our Quality organization running smoothly and effectively.
Your Impact:
Drive operational excellence across the QA organization by building and maintaining efficient, scalable processes
Partner with QA leaders to turn priorities into action  aligning teams, timelines, and deliverables
Collaborate closely with Engineering and Product Management leadership to ensure quality is built

5+ years of experience in QA management, QA architect, technical program management, or operational roles within R&D
Proven experience managing or leading quality engineering teams or groups.
A strong sense of ownership and bias for action  you get things done
Highly organized, structured, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts
Excellent communicator, clear, proactive, and collaborative
Able to influence without authority and build trust across teams
