Packaging Team Leader – Teva Manufacturing

In this role, you will:
• Lead a team of ~20 employees.
• Ensure workplace and employee safety.
• Work according to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards.
• Deliver packaging plans and team performance targets.
• Drive continuous improvement and implement OPEX processes.
• Support professional development and training of operators.
• Introduce and integrate new technologies and processes.
• Conduct investigations, identify root causes, reduce deviations, and implement corrective actions.

• Previous experience in operations – mandatory
• Leadership/ management experience – strong advantage
• Familiarity with LEAN methodology – advantage
• Good level of English – advantage
