Senior Product Manager-- Payments

The Role
We are seeking an execution-focused Product Manager to run specific products within our Payments offering (ACH, Wires, FedNow, RTP, etc.) to (ACH, Wires, FedNow, RTP, Card Payments and Acquiring). This role will focus on building and managing traditional, fast, or emerging payment rails, designing the product strategy, overseeing the buildout of products and processes, defining the target audience, and crafting the go-to-market strategy.
The ideal candidate has successfully designed and executed product solutions in the Payments space, specifically b2b or b2b2c API payment platforms. This includes managing regulatory and network compliance, BSA/AML, risk, and operational challenges.

Proficient in Hebrew and English both written and verbal, sufficient for achieving consensus and success in a remote and largely asynchronous work environment - Must
Proven success building platforms to offer Payments networks (RTP, FedNow, ACH, FedWire, International Payments) to customers
Experience with industry standard formats (ISO20022, NACHA)
Experience with business cases, pricing, and P&L management
Proven track record of technical product development, commercialization and launching new products
Understanding of APIs and microservices
4+ years of experience in Product Management
Understanding of financial services industry regulations and best practices
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
