Data Operations Manager

We are looking for a Data Annotation Manager to join our R&D team and manage a team of data taggers responsible for tagging and labeling data for machine learning models.

A day in the life and how youll make an impact:
Managing a team of 8 data taggers in Israel and overseeing a team of data validators in the US.
Ensure that the data is accurately tagged and labeled.
Ensure that the team is meeting its goals and deadlines.
Managing an outsourced team that's performing the scale data tagging and labeling.
Work with the data science team to ensure that the data is being used effectively.
Develop and implement processes to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the data tagging process.
Train new team members on the data tagging process.

5+ years of experience in data management or data analysis.
2+ years of experience managing a team.
Bachelors degree in computer science, data science, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
