Regulatory Compliance & Certification Manager (Yokneam Hi-Tech Park)

C-LAB is seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Compliance & Certification Manager to lead and manage all regulatory compliance aspects of our products — including EMC, electrical safety, environmental, and material certifications — to enable global market access.
This role involves working closely with R&D, QA, Operations, and external testing and certification bodies to ensure that all products meet the necessary standards and regulatory requirements across various target markets (e.g., CE, FCC, UL, RoHS, REACH, UKCA, etc.).
• Manage the end-to-end product certification process for EMC, Safety, Environmental (RoHS, REACH), and other regulatory requirements.
• Plan and execute global market access strategies, ensuring product compliance for key regions (EU, US, Canada, UK, etc.).
• Interface with third-party test labs, notified bodies, and certification agencies.
• Review and interpret applicable standards (IEC, EN, FCC, etc.) and provide guidance to R&D during product design.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in regulatory compliance, product certification, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of global regulatory standards (CE, FCC, UL, CB Scheme, RoHS, etc.).
• Experience working with test labs and certification bodies.
• Familiarity with technical documentation: risk analysis, DoCs, technical files, etc.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Sufficient English (spoken and written).
