Experienced Deep Learning Algorithm Developer

You will join a collaborative team dedicated to researching and developing advanced neural networks critical to our companys key products. We are recruiting for several teams, offering you the opportunity to work on vision-related tasks such as segmentation, object detection, classification, regression, as well as 2D and 3D vision technologies.   In this role, you will be responsible for the full cycle of deep learning R&D, including modeling new solutions, enhancing the performance of existing ones, and participating in innovative, cross-organizational initiatives.     This position offers the opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment while leading projects with a strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration, ensuring that our solutions meet the needs of our autonomous vehicle technologies, external customers, and advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS).

B.Sc. or higher in CS, Math, Physics, or Engineering
3+ years of experience in algorithm or ML/DL development
Strong background in computer vision, ML, and deep learning
Proficiency in Python and DL frameworks (e.g. PyTorch, TensorFlow)
Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms
Experience with end-to-end model development (data, training, deployment)
Advantages:
M.Sc./Ph.D. in a relevant field
Experience with PySpark or big data tools
Knowledge of C++ or CUDA
Cloud experience (AWS, GCP)
