Director, Strategic Initiatives

We are looking for a Software Delivery & Integration Manager to join the Integration team, which is responsible for the Software delivery of our company's algorithmic department, owning the CI process, including tools and test definition. ** This role offers the flexibility to work part-time from our other sites, subject to seat availability.
What will your job look like:
Monitor development and delivery KPIs across algorithm teams, ensuring alignment with ASPICE compliance requirements and internal SDLC processes
Assess delivery rates, milestone progress, and execution quality, with attention to traceability, documentation, and adherence to engineering standards
Identify and investigate inefficiencies or blockers in the development lifecycle, including gaps in process compliance or deviations from defined workflows
Analyze trends and discrepancies across teams; synthesize actionable insights and escalate risks to leadership as needed
Maintain and continuously improve dashboards that

5+ years of experience in software engineering, with exposure to program or release management processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with performance monitoring tools, dashboards (e.g., Grafana, Tableau, Power BI), or internal data visualization platforms
