Full Stack Team Leader

We're in search of an Engineering Team Leader with a strong background in Full-Stack development, a dedication to quality work, and the ability to establish and grow our engineering team. The team is responsible for strategic and unique product features of the platform and the solution tailored into it.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of full-stack engineers while doing hands-on technical work
Set goals, plan, manage and mitigate risks, define tasks and manage timelines to execute a roadmap
Provide technical guidance, career development, and mentoring your team
Collaborate with other engineering teams across the R&D organisation
Work closely with Product Managers and UX Designers
Our stack includes Python, Vue.js, React, MongoDB, Redis, RabbitMQ and Docker

6+ years of experience as a full-stack developer
2+ years of experience as an engineering team leader
Experience with a product engineering team supporting production customer-facing features
Extensive professional experience with advanced JavaScript, CSS, and at least one modern UI framework (React, Vue.js, Angular)
Extensive professional experience with Python and non-relational DB (e.g., MongoDB)
Strong communication and leadership abilities to effectively nurture and support team members
Proficient in prioritisation and resource trade-offs, ensuring optimal utilisation for effective project management
Superb team player while having strong capabilities to work independently
Experience in building distributed and scalable systems - Advantage
