We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer to join our engineering team.
You will be responsible for planning, optimizing, and controlling production processes while ensuring quality, safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the transition from development to manufacturing (NPI), including:

- Defining full process flows from SMT to final assembly.

- Developing and implementing production workstations, test stations, and tooling.

- Creating work instructions and supporting pilot builds.

2. Provide hands-on technical support to production lines:

- Troubleshoot process and equipment issues in real-time.

- Drive yield improvement, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.

- Monitor key KPIs such as cycle time, OEE, and first pass yield.

3. Lead engineering changes (ECOs) and implement them in the production environment.
