Clinical Project Manager

1. Accountable for local and global operational aspects and operational troubleshooting of clinical studies
2. Lead and oversee clinical studies
3. Provide day-to-day input into the planning and execution of clinical studies
4. Develop and execute comprehensive study plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
5. Provide regular updates to study teams and management on study progress, milestones, and key deliverables
6. Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external cross-functional teams to ensure efficient study conduct
7. Oversee study progress, identifying and addressing potential risks and issues proactively
8. Support the development and modification of study-related documents (i.e. protocols, IBs, study tools, monitoring manuals, Informed Consent forms, etc.)
9. Oversee site selection, initiation, monitoring and close-out activities
10. Review study reports
11. Participate in CRO, laboratories, and other service providers evaluation and selection

• University/college degree (life science preferred) BSC/ BA degree or higher in related field, or equivalent work experience
• Hands on professional experience in clinical studies (minimum of 5 years)
• In-depth knowledge of advanced clinical trial processes, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
• Previous experience as Clinical Project Manager/ Clinical Trial Manager and /or equivalent function title
• Proven experience in planning, leading, and managing clinical studies throughout the study different life-cycle stages
• Proven experience in clinical trials budget building and oversight.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with established competencies in relationship management and working with cross-functional teams
• Works well in large and small teams
• Passionate, self-motivated and self-directed
• Knowledge of GCP and ICH guidelines
