4+ years of experience as a strong, and senior full stack engineer
A scientific mindset paired with a "can-build-anything" attitude
Product experience is great, but not a mustwhat matters most is having product sense to help you build the right stuff and know how to get from idea to prototype
Experience in early stage startups, side projects, or entrepreneurship is a huge pluswere looking for makers, not just managers
Comfortable with LLMs and agents, and able to build and test ideas quickly on your own
Obsessive about solving problems, not just shipping features
Naturally curious and fearless about experimenting with new tech
Able to zoom in on the details, but also connect them to the bigger picture
Excellent communicatorclear, sharp, and great at getting others on board
