Qualifications:

Experience: 6+ years of experience working on high-scale distributed systems OR as an Infrastructure, Platform, or DevOps Engineer.
Cloud Monitoring & Observability: Extensive experience in designing and implementing application and infrastructure monitoring in multi-tenant cloud environments.
Security & Compliance: Understanding of cloud security best practices, compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001), and IAM management.
CI/CD & Automation: Hands-on experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines using modern tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, Spinnaker).
Kubernetes Expertise: Deep understanding of Kubernetes architecture, components, and main flows, including troubleshooting and optimization.
AWS Expertise: Experience with AWS services.
Problem-Solving & Self-Learning: Highly motivated engineer with passion and strong self-learning ability.
Collaborative in a Small, Fast-Paced Team: Comfortable working in a small, dynamic team, taking ownership, and wearing multiple hats when needed.

Advantage:

AI & LLM Integration: Familiarity with AI frameworks, LLMs, and their integration into platform systems. Understanding of how to optimize, deploy, and maintain AI-based services while addressing potential operational challenges.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Extensive experience with Terraform (or equivalent IaC tools) for managing cloud infrastructure.
Cost Optimization: Experience optimizing cloud resources for performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
Scripting & Automation: Strong ability to write automation and maintenance scripts using Python, Bash, or similar scripting languages.
