With over 200 employees and 24 global data centers, OMC Cloud provides high-performance, flexible, and cost-effective infrastructure solutions to thousands of businesses worldwide.
This is an entry-level role that requires no prior experience just strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
What youll be doing:
Responding to customer service requests (including technical issues)
Assisting with onboarding and service migrations
Supporting account managers with client communication
Helping prepare quotes and proposals
Providing basic technical and pre-sales support
Working with the CRM

Strong organizational and people skills
Customer-first mindset
Tech-savvy experience or interest in IT/cloud is an advantage
