Litigation Counsel

Papaya is one of the world's fastest-growing mobile game companies, providing entertainment for millions of users across multiple apps. We are seeking a talented and experienced Litigation Counsel to join our AMAZING legal team.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage a wide range of legal matters, including complex international litigation, while working closely with the General Counsel, and managing external legal counsel.

Requirements:

LL.B. degree and a valid attorney license
At least 5 years of experience in litigation, with an emphasis on international experience
Experience working with high-tech companies - Must
Gaming industry experience is an advantage
Project planning capabilities - Must
Proven ability to independently manage complex litigation cases
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to represent the company's best interests
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment
High-level proficiency in English (spoken and written)

Responsibilities:

Overseeing high-level strategic litigation, including engagements with regulatory authorities
Collaborating with multiple organizational functions to support litigation matters
Representing the company in complex disputes, including arbitration and mediation proceedings
Managing relationships with external legal counsel
Anticipating potential legal risks and proactively preparing for legal challenges
Drafting relevant legal reports and documents
