Job Description:The Project Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the execution of AI defenseprojects and maintaining effective communication with clients to ensure theirrequirements are met. This role requires a strong understanding of defense industrydynamics, excellent project management skills, and the ability to build and maintainrelationships with key stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management:? Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AI defense projects, ensuringadherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.? Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration withinternal teams and clients.? Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocationstrategies to achieve project goals efficiently.? Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implementmitigation strategies to address them proactively.? Coordinate cross-functional teams, including software engineers, datascientists, and subject matter experts, to ensure seamless collaborationand alignment with project objectives.Client Engagement? Cultivate strong relationships with key clients in the defense sector,understanding their unique needs, challenges, and strategic priorities.? Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updateson project status, addressing inquiries, and soliciting feedback to enhanceclient satisfaction.? Collaborate with clients to identify new opportunities for AI-drivensolutions that address emerging defense challenges or requirements.? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapportand establish credibility with clients and stakeholders.* Solid project management skills, including proficiency in project planning,scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.* Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive successful projectoutcomes in a dynamic environment.
