Job Description

Lead the Restaurants UX team, making an impact on team success and the product direction. Help your team reach their full potential, linking UX guild methodology and day-to-day company values
Spend time doing hands-on design, learning and using the UX Guild’s tools and framework
Work closely with company management, PMs, developers, analysts, and more to create the best UX to serve users’ needs
Impact Wix’s main KPIs by influencing users’ conversion rate, engagement and satisfaction
Learn from and share knowledge with 40+ other guild leaders throughout Wix

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in UX+UI, working in collaboration with other UX designers, PMs and across multiple teams
Hands-on experience with Figma, research and other UX tools used in the guild
Leadership and management skills, high levels of proactivity, accountability, maturity, flexibility, and dedication
A team player with effective collaboration and communication skills. A people person, that’s fun to work and eat lunch with
Strategic thinker, able to think holistically about the user experience and contribute to the overall product vision and roadmap
