What is the job:

The Order Management Specialist is responsible for managing the full order lifecycle within their designated territory. This role involves working extensively with subscription-based models, service agreements, and financial terms such as ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) and billing contracts. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational communication, and interpersonal skills to ensure accurate processing, policy compliance, and effective collaboration across multiple departments and with external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the "Order-to-Cash" process, including receipt, validation, and administration of Purchase Orders (POs).
Work closely with subscription and service agreements, ensuring accurate handling of billing terms, contracts, and ARR metrics.
Ensure compliance with company policies related to products, services, subscriptions, discounts, and payment terms.
Familiarize with and facilitate essential documentation, such as order confirmations, invoices, and shipping coordination materials.
Collaborate effectively with departments including Sales Administration, Production, and Finance to manage priorities and ensure smooth operations.
Act as a primary contact for customers and sales teams, resolving queries, providing updates, and communicating requirements.
Maintain accurate reporting of order-related data, including bookings, invoicing, and revenue recognition.

What you need:

BA in business administration, Finance, logistics, or any other related field
Proven experience in order management, logistics, sales operation, or similar fields
Skilled in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data analysis tools (Advantage)
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (advantage for Oracle Cloud) and CRM systems
Familiarity with subscription-based models, billing contracts, and financial terms like ARR
Familiarity with Import/export processes (Advantage)
Fluent in English and Hebrew (mandatory); additional languages are an advantage
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and manage cross-functional workflows
High attention to details with strong problem-solving capabilities
