Manufacturing Automation Engineer

SodaStream is hiring a Mechanical Engineer for the position of Manufacturing Automation Engineer.

Job Description:

Managing multidisciplinary projects both globally and locally in various fields: robotics, heavy equipment, handling systems, automatic assembly machines precision equipment, and more
Designing and leading projects from the inisiation phase through all stages until implementation on-site, including overseeing initial runs.
Approving new machines and integrating them into production.
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, manufacturing plants, and others.
Managing subcontractors and leading projects with automation companies both locally and internationally.
Full-time position with willingness to work extra hours if needed.

Requirements:

Job Requirements:

Relevant education – Mechanical Engineer
At least 5 years of experience in project management in mechanical engineering
High level of English – required
Strong engineering skills – required
Experience with SolidWorks software
Knowledge in robotics and pneumatics
Knowledge of programmable controllers – an advantage
Familiarity with mechanical design – an advantage
