Bookkeeper

Pixellot, the world leader in AI Sports Automatic Production, seeks a highly motivated, skilled, independent, and responsible bookkeeper to join our growing finance team.
As a bookkeeper at Pixellot, you will be responsible for the daily accounting duties and financial transactions in our books.

As part of your role, you will:
Perform account payable functions including recording invoices, preparing payments, and reconciliations.
Perform credit card reconciliations
Perform vendor aging control
Monitor Fix Assets and amortization.
Handle tax filings and liaise with external tax advisors.
Monitor inventory levels, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure accurate NetSuite reporting.
Calculate quarterly commissions.
Prepare materials for quarterly and annual audits and reviews.
Prepare inter-company reconciliations
Ad-hoc tasks as required.

You should bring with you:
High Tech Experience – Must
Experience working with Netsuite - Must
Certified bookkeeper (level 3 - Advantage)
Experience working with Tipalti, PayEm - Advantage
Strong Excel skills
Strong communication in English verbal and non-verbal
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Team player and service-oriented
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
