SodaStream, a leading international industrial company, is seeking an experienced and talented Commercial Lawyer to join our legal department. You will provide day-to-day legal advice to the company’s business units and stakeholders and draft, negotiate, and manage a broad range of commercial agreements. 90% of the day-to-day work is in English. Your focus would be: (i) providing legal advice on various marketing agreements/transactions and marketing content; and (ii) overseeing all legal aspects in various global markets focused on the USA, Canada, and France.

What will your workday look like?

• Negotiate draft and review various commercial agreements and transactional documentation.
• Support SodaStream’s various business activities and objectives.
• Provide commercial legal advice to the company, its subsidiaries, stakeholders, and global markets.
• Handle ad-hoc assignments and projects.

Requirements:

• License to practice law in Israel.
• At least 5 years of experience as an in-house legal counsel in a global company or as a lawyer in a leading law firm's commercial department.
• Excellent legal writing and speaking capabilities both in English and Hebrew.
• At least 2 years experience in marketing law, including drafting and negotiating agreements with marketing services providers (media buying, creative, production) and legal approval of marketing content.

 Advantages:
