Business Operations Project Manager (Maternity Leave Replacement)

Description:

SodaStream is looking for a PMO to join our business Operation Department. You will be a part of a team that leads full-cycle activities and cooperation between Marketing and Operations from concept to execution.

The business Operations Project Manager will set up, lead, and implement varied projects, manage and coordinate common activities with different production sites, as well as ongoing cooperation between the HQ office and the Markets.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

•              Responsibility for the global markets – project demands, tracking catalog numbers opening, receiving orders, and working with production deadlines.  

•              Working closely with internal interfaces including the Marketing Department, Graphics department and factories

•             Tracking and following up on all the departments' activities and projects, being a focal point of projects for the internal departments

•             Managing timeline for short-term projects and providing preliminary GANTT

•             Project risk management - Identifying future challenges and finding creative solutions

•             Managing Data and Excel Reports

·  B.A Degree

·  1-2 Years of experience as a PMO

•              Excel savvy

•              Results-driven and ability to work under high pressure

•              Analytical and problem-solving skills

•              Multitasking skills

•              Team-player

•              Strong communication skills

•              Full working proficiency in English is a must

•              Good interpersonal skills, priority setting, and standing-alone abilities
