We are looking for an experienced and passionate Brand Manager to drive our local marketing strategy, strengthen brand awareness, and deliver outstanding business results.

Your role will include:
Developing and executing the local marketing strategy in line with the global vision.
Leading marketing plans, product launches, and re-launches.
Tracking and analyzing advertising campaign performance.
Managing marketing budgets and ensuring full alignment with brand identity.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams: Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Service.
Working closely with regional teams abroad.
Coordinating with media agencies and preparing brand business previews.

What you bring:
✔️ Bachelor's degree
✔️ 2-3 years of experience as a Brand Manager (preferably in Retail beauty/fashion companies)
✔️ Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
✔️ Fluent English (spoken and written)
✔️ Consumer- and shopper-focused mindset
✔️ Excellent relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills
✔️ Budget management experience
✔️ Winning mentality, results-driven, adaptable, and fast-moving
